To the best of our knowledge, the Work being performed is in accordance with the Contract Documents,
unless noted otherwise, and is progressing as described below.
WORK IN PROGRESS:
1)Rough framing 90% complete.
2)Insulation 100% complete.
3)Interior substrate installation just started.
4)Rough plumbing 95% complete.
5)Rough electrical 100% complete.
6)Ductwork installation 75% complete.
7)Exterior Finish work 75% complete.
8)Site work on-going.
OBSERVATIONS / ACTION REQUIRED:
9)Door #105 from the Alcove to the Back Room was corrected since previous visit and is in compliance with
the Construction Documents.
10)The missing diagonal bracing was corrected at the back line soffit and is in compliance with the
Construction Documents. Diagonal bracing is still missing from smaller soffits, per details 2/A1.3 & 5/A1.3.
11)The Drive-Thru canopy framing was corrected at the LvL's, but the posts & caps were incorrect. The
LVL's shall be secured to the roof as detailed and shown on 2/A4.2 & S1.2.
12)The shear walls were corrected at all areas except for the Vestibule. The framing was not completed per
Drawing SKA-2. The GC shall modify/add the shear wall posts & fasteners per details and locations on
Drawing SKA-2. Due to the shortened length of the shear walls, 1/2” plywood shall be added on the
interior side of the shear walls, and adjacent walls for continuity, per SKA-3 (attached).
13)A King stud shall be added on either side of the 12'-0” long window (F5) on the North side, per Drawing
S1.2.
14)The water lines for the toilets have not been corrected, and shall be increased to 1-1/4” to accommodate
tankless toilets.

15)EF-2 shall be moved to comply with code. As noted on A1.4, General note #5, all rooftop equipment
(including exhaust fans) Fans shall be be located 10'-0” away from roof edge. This applies to any parapet
walls that are less than 42” tall.
16)There were (3) posts installed at the kneewall. Per detail 12/A6.2, the posts shall be installed at 48” oc
max.
17)The pre-fab canopies at the entrances were installed with built-in gutters. The gutters shall be connected
to downspouts, brought back to the building at the top and run down the wall. The downspouts shall
connect to an underground pipe, discharged into a nearby green area.
