The building and fire department conducted an inspection at Hinge and found the follow issues that need to be corrected.
-ansul system past inspection
-emergency light battery needs to be replaced-kitchen
-CO detector beeping-kitchen
-tank unsecured-basement
-dryer hose in basement need to be removed (filled with lint, broken, flexible hose used, run too long, etc)
-heat vent for oven needs to be removed
-paperwork needed regarding installation and proper venting of oven in basement (Clima Lux XAV605P208)
-sprinkler controls in basement blocked by items
-extension cords used as permanent wiring-mid and upper level
-need paperwork regarding fire resistance of foam installed on walls
-emergency lights not working-upper level
-emergency light broken-upper level
-fire extinguisher need to be mounted on wall- near bar
-need crowd manager paperwork (daily check sheets, trained personnel certificates)
-need copy of annual fire alarm test paperwork
-need copy of annual fire sprinkler test paperwork
