Dear Business owners,
I have reviewed the zoning permit submitted on December 19, 2011 requesting a change from one car dealership to another at 48 Damon Road. I have approved the application.
Use of that property for a new car dealership is allowed by a variance granted by the Northampton Board of Appeals in 1976 and Site Plan approval by the Northampton Planning Board in
1996. The existing ground sign is allowed by a special permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals in 1997. Use of the property is restricted to the terms of those decisions.
