I have inspected the James House at 42 Gothic Street. The work to correct items detailed in a
letter from Dietz and Company Architects dated November 25, 2008 is complete. The building meets all
the requirements of the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board Rules and Regulations (521 CMR)
for public buildings.
