The addition will incorporate a three stop elevator, machine room, vestibule, motorized-accessible entry door. The roof of the back 24’ X 25’ portion of the building is raised to accommodate the height requirements of the elevator. A wood stud and drywall hoistway shaft is carried to keep costs as low as possible. Carpentry Labor and Material As required to construct addition, elevator, raised roof 24’X25’.
