I am pleased to present the following Estimate for work to construct a 23’-9” X 8’-0” two
plus storey addition on the rear of the building. The addition will incorporate a three
stop elevator, machine room, vestibule, motorized-accessible entry door. The roof of
the back 24’ X 25’ portion of the building is raised to accommodate the height
requirements of the elevator. A wood stud and drywall hoistway shaft is carried to keep
costs as low as possible.
Carpentry Labor and Material
As required to construct addition, elevator, raised roof 24’X25’. Exterior and interior.
Break back existing wood clapboard siding to blend new.
New roof trim, window and door casing, corner board and other architectural details to
match existing
