Project Overview-
The existing garage space will be converted into living space. The existing entry door and garage door will be removed. The
existing non-bearing interior wall between the garage and the main hallway will be removed. A new entry mud room will be built at
the front of the existing garage. An entry door and a coat closet will be added in this area. Reclaimed french doors will be
installed in the non-bearing interior wall, and replace the existing doorway between the sunroom and the new living area. A 6 foot
wide sliding glass door will be added to connect the new living space to the rear yard. A window will be added near the existing
rear door of the garage. A new insulated floor slab with radiant heat will provide efficient, even heat throughout the new space.
