Eight automatic doors allow the public to go in and out randomly. The audience is inside the set with a real close and direct view on it; moreover the automatic system and the interior design are pretty fragile. As a result, it is of the biggest importance to carry and manipulate each piece of the set with the most extreme caution and we ask all technicians on stage and at the truck to be aware of it. The technician/prop man in charge of the daily preset of the installation (2 hours before the show) will be trained by our prop man during the second or the morning of the third day. If there is a need of several prop men because of the schedules, they will be all for training. If someone else makes the daily cleaning of the set, we also ask him/her/them to be at the training (cleaning is a big part of the preset). The space needs to be quiet and into darkness. If the temperature of the venue exceed 20°C, the venue must provide air conditioning we can plug on our ventilation system. Outside hours of representation, the access in the set is limited to the people with a direct link in the show. For all the other persons (journalists, special guests, etc) the stage manager must be inform to authorize their entrance. This technical rider can be modified according to the technical capacities of the venue. Please, we ask you to contact Stéphane Janvier, the stage manager of the show so as to make sure that the desired modifications are conceivable and that they will not disturb the good progress of the play. Stage: General remarks: • The stage and the flylbars will be entirely clear before the coming of the technical crew. • The set has to be screwed and nailed to the floor. • The appointed technicians to a post will be the same during all the performances. Unless verbal agreement between both venues, the schedule of the technical rider must be respected.
