RE: PROJECT COMPLETION
I stopped off at the Job site this week for the purposes of putting together a Final Construction Control Affidavit for
the project. At this time I am unwilling to provide the FINAL, but I am recommending that a temporary Certificate
of Occupancy be issued by the Building Department.
Reasons for Temporary CO are:
Uncompleted Exit signage
Uncompleted Main Stair, guards, non-slip
Hazardous storage under fire escape on East
