Demo/Abatement Status
6/21/12: NPD noted they needed another week for moving
equipment/supplies out of the existing PD; demolition start date has
been changed to 7/2. NPD noted basement in existing PD will be ready
Wed/Thur. City to remove AC split systems by next Friday. B&B to
submit revised demo/abatement plan for record.
6/13/2012: B&B to submit abatement plan for record. B&B noted some
selective demolition needs to be completed prior to starting abatement.
Selective demolition targeted for 6/25. Abatement targeted for 6/27.
Dave Pomerantz to notify Green Environmental of revised dates.
6/6/2012: Abatement plan returned with comments from Green
Environmental; start date and quantities to be revised; plan to be
resubmitted for record.

Site Utilities & Rebates
6/21/12: B&B/NGrid met with Urban Outfitters property manager to
discuss power outages. Outages tentatively scheduled on 7/11 & 7/12
at 8:00 PM; expected to last 8 hours. T&M to install hand hole next
week. CBA/CES to review if Comcast required inner-duct. B&B/NGrid
coordinated connection of Main St. street lights. B&B received e-mail
from G4S (state fiber contractor) stating fiber is planned to be pulled
from Gothic St.; B&B to forward contact information to NPD.
6/13/2012: NGrid to be on site today to review dates/coordination for

Urban Outfitter power shut down. B&B to schedule power outage with
Urban Outfitters property manager; NGrid to confirm gear rotation.
CBA to confirm if inner-duct is acceptable to Comcast for separation.
City confirmed lights on Main St. are fed from poles on Gothic St.;
NGrid/B&B to coordinate.
6/6/2012: Gothic St. backfilling to be complete this week.
NGrid/Comcast to be scheduled to pull wires. B&B to
schedule/coordinate power shut down for Urban Outfitters w/ NGrid
and property manager when new handhole is being installed. B&B to
confirm who checks gear rotation at Urban Outfitters. Comcast/Verizon
have been on site to confirm quantities of handholes for conduits.
Comcast reviewing if inner-duct is required within 4 inch conduit. City
to review if Main St. lights are fed from Gothic St. utility poles.
MEP Coordination & Commissioning
6/21/12: Cx meeting scheduled for next Wednesday. ATC training to
be scheduled with the city. ATC graphics, alarm, notifications, and set
points will also be loaded/programmed. CBA/CES to review if boiler is
to be controlled by ATC controls. VOC testing complete, all areas
passed test; B&B to forward results. CES to issue formal report on
chiller power outage. CES reviewing cooling options for 1st floor server
room and AV closet.
6/13/2012: Next Cx meeting to be scheduled once PD network is live;
Yankee needs IP addresses active in order to set alarms and
notifications. NPD is waiting for Valley Communications to confirm
VLAN relocation date; PO has been issued. B&B/NPD/WSP to review
set points during ATC training; CBA noted that set points may need to
be adjusted again during the heating season. VOC retest was on
Monday; results to be forwarded next week. CES to issue formal report
on Chiller outage. CES reviewing 1st floor server & AV room cooling;
CBA noted equipment in AV room can be turned off while not in use.
Security training has been schedule for 6/20 @ 10:00.
6/6/2012: Cx meeting held today w/ WSP to review open items.
Updated balancing report was reviewed. B&B addressing alarms and
notifications w/ Yankee. PD noted ATC access to be ready early next
week; Yankee will set up remote access when ready. One of (3) rooms
passed VOC test; test to be rescheduled. B&B to deliver O&M's to
City. Chiller Contactors were replaced last Friday; CES noted that
failure was likely due to the chiller conducting electricity from an
outside event (i.e., lightning). CES noted Chiller does not run on
emergency power; CES to confirm if split A/C's do. CES recommended
adding ventilation and under cutting the doors to the 1st floor server
room and AV closet; PD directed CES to provide supplemental A/C.
CBA noted gas meter needs to be locked; CBA reviewing gas meter
protection CO.

plumbing coordination drawing has been submitted to B&B; start to
coordinate with other MEP trades.
6/6/2012: Submittals being reviewed by CBA/T&B; CBA noted they
should be returned this week. Drainage is currently being coordinated;
balance of MEP coordination to follow. Coordination expected to be
completed by end of month.
5/30/2012: Parking garage and rebar shop drawings have been
submitted for approval. MEP coordination has begun.
Phasing
6/21/12: AHU curb set yesterday. Roof opening protection in place until
AHU delivery in mid Aug. Signage to be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
6/13/2012: AHU curb being delivered next week; roof to be opened
Tuesday; start blocking Wednesday. AHU ship date is 8/14. Signage
has been released for fabrication; B&B to forward ship date.
6/6/2012: Curb scheduled to be delivered within the next 1-2 weeks;
B&B noted install date depends on weather. AHU delivery targeted for
mid August. CBA completed signage proof review and noted submittal
will be returned today.

FF&E Status
6/21/12: Inter. table delivered to PD; B&B to install. W.B. Mason
reviewing chair legs. NPD to forward quote for radio repeater system to
B&B; B&B to invoice PD by 6/30 in order to process work; B&B to
issue contract to WPCS.
6/13/2012: CBA completed punch list last week. Chairs in rooms with
resilient flooring have wrong legs. Donnegan released gun locker
doors; takes (5) days to ship.
6/6/2012: CBA completing FF&E punchlist today. PD ordered inter.
table; legs to be field cut. Final cleaning schedule for Thur/Friday. NPD
reviewing radio repeater system. CBA/NPD reviewing gun locker lock
options.

Logistics
6/21/12: B&B reviewed dumpster locations with Urban Outfitters; final
location TBD. NPD pulled permits with DPW to put dumpsters on
street. Construction fence behind Urban Outfitters to start next week.
NPD to coordinate temporary police parking. B&B to contact Eric
Suher and church to review parking and Phase 2 construction. Balance
of stair treads delivered; install to follow. Temporary power has been
relocated to new PD. B&B to schedule water shut off to existing PD
with DPW.
6/13/2012: Dave Pomerantz to coordinate trash/recycling locations and
removal of split AC systems. Dumpsters to be kept on Gothic St. in
metered spots; targeting 6/25; NPD to coordinate size/quantities.
Neighbors to be notified parking lot behind Urban Outfitters will be
closed; B&B to review dates and set up construction fence. Balance of
stair treads to be installed.; temporary trades have been installed.
Temporary power to be relocated; required 1 hours shut down of old
police station: B&B to coordinate with NPD.

6/13/2012: Training scheduled next Wednesday at 10:00. B&B to
confirm status of hooking security network to PD network and
Paging/Duress changes.
6/6/2012: PD noted the fob programming is complete. Training for
Vicon, Cardinal Peak, and AV systems to be scheduled; B&B to
forward dates. B&B forwarded PD phone system info to Griffin for
paging system changes. Camera to be relocated in interview room.
NPD to notify B&B when VLAN has been moved to new building.
Punch Lists
6/21/12: B&B noted building is ready for punch list review with CBA.
Service slider to be reinstalled today. B&B to forward window test
results to CBA. B&B noted windows are ready for cosmetic inspection;
CBA to review repairs. NPD noted data port connection in room 114 is
not working.
6/13/2012: B&B issued update completion punch list to CBA on
Tuesday. Lizotte to adjust service slider. Final window test was last
Friday; all passed with weep holes being covered, awaiting inspection
report from T&L. CBA noted that Lizotte was looking into weep hole
covers, B&B to follow up. Cosmetic repairs have been made;
B&B/CBA/ NPD to review.
6/6/2012: CBA reviewed punch list completion last week and issued
updated punch list on Monday; B&B to review open items. B&B will
add punch list items to CBA punch list Painters and carpet installers to
be onsite this week. NPD noted service slider needs to be adjusted.
Window retest scheduled for Friday morning; (3) windows to be tested.
CBA/B&B/Lizotte to review window cosmetic repairs after window
testing.
