Sitework & Utilities
12/12/2012: Precast wall caps will be installed next week. Pavers at
the Vestibule will be installed Saturday; balance of plaza pavers next
week. Overhead door installation began today. Sprinkler/HVAC
begins tomorrow. Doors/Hardware will be installed next week.
12/5/2012: Deck islands to be placed tomorrow. Brick at plenum walls
ongoing. Exterior mounted lights being installed. Sprinkler piping to
start next week. Entry Vestibule to be closed for access next Saturday
to install the pavers.
11/28/2012: Concrete walls placed on upper deck. Brick installation
ongoing at Stair C, CMU installation ongoing in lower level. Sidewalk
placements ongoing, paver prep ongoing. Plumbing piping and rough
electric ongoing in lower level; sprinkler installation to begin next
week. Overhead doors to be delivered in 2-weeks. Dec 22 scheduled
for grand opening event; B&B to review logistics with building
department. Final work will be ongoing until early Jan.

MEP Coordination & Commissioning
12/12/2012: Meeting is scheduled for Friday 8:30 AM to review the
boiler status with all parties. CBA noted that CES spoke with National
Grid and they are awaiting more information regarding the outages.
The COR to perform the chiller power modifications is on hold until the
issues are resolved with National Grid.

12/5/2012: Bypass valve was installed in the basement to resolve the
boiler cycling. Team to observe for a week to see how the system
operates. City requested the condensate lines be cleaned once the fix
is confirmed. A pipe leak occurred Monday night in Evidence Storage;
B&B to re-clean the floor and confirm flooring products were not
compromised.
Chiller Modifications PCO was revised. CES discussed possible
causes of the electrical events and the intent of the proposed fix. It
was discussed that National Grid should be contacted to see what their
records indicate for the electrical events. CES to contact National Grid.
11/28/2012: CBA noted that CES is reviewing the boiler cycling and
alarms; B&B to confirm if the boiler system was still running with the
valve to the firing range RTU open, or if it was reverted back to the
ACT system after the site meeting last week. Chiller Modifications
PCO still under review. City to review with WSP.

12/12/2012: Revised acoustical panel CO ongoing; B&B to advise.
CBA noted the signage requirements in the parking area are being
reviewed by Tighe & Bond.
12/5/2012: CBA issued revised COR for the acoustic panels; B&B to
review and reissue PCO.
11/28/2012: CBA reviewed acoustic panel samples with the PD; the
Vinyl Hardside type was selected. B&B to confirm shipping price and
PCO value. B&B noted solar powered flag pole light was ordered and
will be installed on the flag pole. Bike rack locations to be confirmed.

Security Systems
12/12/2012: It was discussed that the Shanix CO for additional
booking storage did include integration with the access control
system. CBA to review scope with CES and clarify the original scope
requirements for the booking storage. PD noted the interior radio
antennae work is complete and the signal is much improved. AVI
reader issue still ongoing with Griffin; they are proceeding under
protest, however no action has been seen since RFI's issued last week.
12/5/2012: PCO was issued for the additional booking storage backup
proposed by Shanix; CES to review. PD noted that they expected the
proposal to include alternate solutions integrating the system with card
access and manual switches. B&B to review with Shanix.
11/28/2012: Stair C cameras to be located by CBA/NPD; CES to
confirm system requirements. PD noted they need a proposal for the
booking storage backup immediately; B&B to contact Shanix/Griffin
again today. Stentofone programming update is outstanding; Shanix
to install next time on site.
B&B noted that Griffin Electric is protesting that the Parking deck AVI
readers and intercom system is not part of the Electrical scope.
Directives and responses were issued to Griffin and work is being
performed under protest by Griffin.

Punch Lists
12/12/2012: PD noted that the county jail maintenance staff reviewed
the cell doors and recommended having a grinder in the PD in case of
an emergency. PD noted that the door sides should be repaired, and
questioned if one of the doors should be undercut due to rubbing on
the floor. B&B to review. Arcadis noted the expansion joints at the
back stair need to be confirmed.
12/5/2012: B&B noted that they notified G-S Co. to address the
bumper issue on site and at the same time install raised pulls on the
cell doors. B&B awaiting to hear back from G-S Co.
11/28/2012: G-S Company issued memo regarding the cell
doors/hardware. B&B to contact G-S to address the bumper situation
on site, and suggest installation of raised pulls at the same time in
order to reduce the installation cost significantly. B&B to advise.
