9/19/12: Soldier piles are complete; whaler installation began today.
Footings along Gothic Street to be placed on Friday.
9/12/12: Foundation forming and pouring over the next few weeks.
Stair C footing to be formed tomorrow. Jersey barriers to be set on
Center St. once pile drilling is complete.
9/5/12: Church roof drains temporarily tied in to storm drain while
footing work is ongoing. Drilling for shoring on Center St. to start next
week; B&B to schedule police detail for entire week; street could be
reduced to one lane.
CBA; T&B Ongoing 9/26/2012001-003
MEP Coordination & Commissioning
9/19/12: Meeting was held Monday with CES, CBA, B&B, B-G Mech,
Johnson Controls & Automated Logic. CES to issue bulletin to isolate
control circuit and provide additional transient voltage surge mitigation.
Control panel for firing range AHU will be installed in 2-3 weeks. Fire
alarm ground issue and exterior lights to be addressed today.
9/12/12: Chiller contactors replaced yesterday; back to running 100%.
B&B to schedule on site meeting with CES/B-G/NGrid/Griffin/Factory
rep. to review chiller issues. B&B forwarded field report for repair work
for review by CES. B-G to complete disconnect for AHU; controls being
programmed today.
9/5/12: Johnson Controls to be on site tomorrow to complete
disconnect work on AHU. B-G completed AHU piping; only needs to be

CES reviewing internal wiring diagrams of AHU. B&B to forward
service report from 1st incident. City is requesting report stating chiller
has not sustained any long term damage. B&B to have York rep. on
site to review with CES. Arcadis to forward information about similar
incident to CBA for review. B&B to verify repair date.

Precast Parking Deck
9/19/12: B&B meeting with Unistress for pre-erection meeting next
Tuesday. Unistress product will be ready for first week of October.
B&B noted that due to the foundation schedule delay, parking deck
completion is now mid December. B&B noted that they are reviewing
additional mobilizations with Unistress so that they can erect the east
side of the parking deck while the foundations are finished. Arcadis
requested the structural engineer clarify any curing time requirements
for precast installation.
9/12/12: B&B scheduled erection meeting with precast erector and
B&B safety director to review site logistics.
9/5/12: Forming south wall of garage today and pouring tomorrow.
Garage footing to be coordinated with church retaining wall footing and
church roof drains.

9/19/12: Ongoing. WPCS cabling/antennas work scheduled for 10/8 -
10/10.
9/12/12: CBA to forward chair foot samples to PD/City for their review.
9/5/12: B&B and City had meeting with Forbo rep. and West Flooring
yesterday to discuss resilient flooring concerns and maintenance. Rep.
issued a report to City. Rep. recommends a matte finish in lieu of a
high gloss finish in order to hide scuff marks better. Rep primary
concern is the back leg of chairs making gouges in the flooring; City
agreed that an alternate leg needs to be used. Forbo and West both
recommended using chair mats in areas that see a lot of use. CBA/PD
to review chair options with WB Mason.

Security Systems
9/19/12: Mock-up camera was approved; final revised CO to be issued
showing cell cameras to be reused in the parking deck. City noted
camera should be added at Stair C, location to be finalized at a later
date. Revised UPS CO was issued to CBA/CES for review. Vicon
nucleus replaced; drivers to be updated at workstations and cameras.
Mic replaced at Inter. Room; router was delivered for PD. Cardinal
peak switches and 109-2 door release to be installed next week.
9/12/12: Vicon system has been fully upgraded; nucleus to be replace
with new preprogrammed one, to be delivered next week. Router to be
installed to connect networks. Interrogation microphone to be replaced.
Cardinal Peak audio control change order has been approved. Shanix
confirmed phone paging and duress button tie-in to F.D. can be
handled by using trunk licensing from Stentophone; Shanix to provide
B&B; NPD;

revised CO. NPD noted audio quality has been good. Shanix to have
quick user guides next week for all systems. Cell camera upgrade
pricing sent to CBA yesterday; CBA/CES to provide comments; Shanix
to provide mock-up camera for one cell next week, B&B to confirm
date. Shanix to review if image can be rotated via programming. UPS
to be resubmitted with casters and longer run time based on
comments from CES.
9/5/12: B&B to forward pricing for 3rd party camera with better field of
vision. B&B to forward additional information to CES for UPS change
order. Shanix to provide update for phone intercom system and duress
button tie-in to FD. CBA reviewing acoustic panels in
Booking/Recording room. Shanix replaced PTZ camera that wasn't
working. B&B to forward user guides for security systems.
Punch Lists
9/19/12: PD noted roof walking mats to be added and transition strip
at fitness center needs to be installed. PD requested blank plate at
fitness door cylinder. Mailbox tags still outstanding.
9/12/12: New talk-thru speaker has been ordered for Records room.
Weep covers have been ordered: B&B to provide install date. Door
replacement at Lobby & Chief's door complete. Remaining misc.
hardware items complete. Window jamb patching and painting
complete. Elevator caulking complete. Millwork and mailbox tags to be
scheduled. Elevator lights replace and new cab fan has been ordered.
Elevator inspector noted shift in cab is normal.
9/5/12: Record room talk-thru speaker won't keep charge. Window
jambs have been patched. Weep covers have been ordered. Lobby
doors and Chief office door to be changed next week: PD noted to
keep old Chief door on site for use at 1st floor server closet. B&B to
confirm how many photo cells control exterior lighting. PD noted ECT
tile on 2nd floor has dimples.
