I request that you grant a modification to waive the requirement for construction control for
the project at the DPW maintenance building at the Spring Grove Cemetery, Northampton,
MA. The work is of a minor nature,will not affect health, accessibility, life and fire safety, or
structural requirements, and is impractical in that the cost of control construction is
considerable when compared to the cost of the proposed work.

Dave,
We need a contractor listed on the permit application for insulation/sheathing at the DPW maintenance building on North
Maple St. The building is also likely big enough to need an architect or engineer(35,000 cubic feet volume). We'd accept
a letter requesting we waive that requirement but we do need a licensed contractor to sign the application.
Here's a draft letter, and the contractor pages from the the building permit application.
