So in about six weeks, they will have identified the contractor- who can then provide the remaining information for the building permit (CSL#, Worker’s Comp, utility disconnect.) Need anything else from me in the meantime? -T Thomas RC Hartman, AIA Principal c&h architects amherst, ma 413.549.3616 candharchitects.com design for the next hundred years Begin forwarded message: From: Sarah LaValley <slavalley@northamptonma.gov> Subject: Re: Fwd: 30 Lyman Road Date: January 27, 2018 at 10:46:30 EST To: "Thomas RC Hartman, AIA" <tom@candharchitects.com> Cc: Karl Kowitz <kkowitz@smith.edu>, Louis Hasbrouck <lhasbrouck@northamptonma.gov> Hi Tom- The subcommittee didn't find the building to be a significant property, so no further review is required. -Sarah On Jan 26, 2018 7:56 AM, "Thomas RC Hartman" <tom@candharchitects.com> wrote: Hi Sarah, I’d like to follow up on 30 Lyman. I'll follow-up once that determination is made. In the event that a demolition delay is imposed, that delay can be no more than one year from the date of the original application to the building department. Sarah I.
