RE: People’s Institute Roof Project
As a follow-up to my previous letter, I am providing this letter. I made a site visit today and reviewed the condition
of the parapets and the chimneys at the People’s Institute, 38 Gothic Street, Northampton, MA.
The work to remediate the cap stone issue and point up the masonry (as indicated in my last letter) has proceed-
ed to my satisfaction. I do not have any issues with the construction in place.
