Louis, last Friday, 10/17/14, I inspected a sewer service at this address, that has been cut off. It was done by
John Cotton, for the Housing Authority. John cut the Cast Iron pipe right outside of the foundation, and plugged it
off with a Mechanical Plug. Is this enough notice of this, or would you like it in a Hard Copy. J.H.
