Hi Louie,
Just had a question about the 15 valley st permit you issued. My plumber and electrician should have pulled permits
already, but if not they will do so shortly.
As for me, I was wondering if you have time (hopefully this week) to meet me down there to take a look. I already
have a list going to make it compliant for a two family, but I also don't want to be surprised by anything. Let me know
what you think and we can plan accordingly.
