Dear Property Owner/Manager: According to the records at the Assessor’s Office and/or Massachusetts Land Records, you are the owner of the property of the above address. An authorized or plain view inspection was made by a designee of the Northampton Health Department of your property located at 21 Longview Drive, Northampton, MA on March 23, 2018 has revealed violations of 105CMR 410.00: Chapter II State Sanitary Code. You are hereby ORDERED to correct these violations within the noted time limit. Failure to comply within the allotted time period may result in a criminal complaint against you. You have a right to request a hearing before the Board of Health/Health Director. This request must be made by you, in writing, and filed within seven days after the day this order was served. TBD   Potable Water and Hot Water 180,190, The facilities for providing both potable and hot water are compromised. Severe neglect and damages exist. The overall condition of the facilities (plumbing fixtures, piping, etc.) requires full repair.
