This is a substantial Completion report for the above project.
We have only some minor issues to be completed.
The primary Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Elevator and
Electrical systems for code life safety issues have all been inspected. The project meets the definition
of substantial completion to the best of my knowledge and is ready for a Certificate of Occupancy to
issued for the entire building.
