Dear Tristram,
We have reached substantial completion on this project. All mechanical systems have had the final inspections, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression system, fire
alarm, and the elevator.
The Building Commissioner Louis Hasbrouck completed his inspection on 11 June 2013.
In order for the final certificate of occupancy to be issued I will need your final statement attesting to the fact that we have met all of the architectural requirements
for the certificate of occupancy.
