1 Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit final details showing materials for the
balusters, handrail extension and intermediate posts to be reviewed by staff and the Chair.
FINDINGS:
The Central Business Architecture Committee approved the request for the handicap accessible ramp approximately 30" above grade
based on the plans submitted with the application and the sample materials and drawings shown at the hearing.
The committee found that the ramp, with modifications discussed for intermediate posts and metal balusters was consistent with the
architecture and complied with the Design Guidelines in Chapter 156.

aggrieved party, provided such appeal has been filed within 21 days of the filing of said decision with the City Clerk. The Planning Board
shall limit its consideration of such an appeal to considering errors of the Committee and shall need a two-thirds vote of its members to
overturn the action of the Committee.
