Dear Mr. Hasbrouck:
We have reanalyzed the Qx4;nfter designed by Andrew D, Leone, P.E. for Country Lane
Gazebos in accordance to the Massachusetts State Building Code- 8ft Ed. The 2x4 rafters
spaced at 24" o.c. are adequate for the 12x76 Cabana installed by Hometown Structures.
There ars no additional loads imposed on the rafters and the ridge beam due to attachment of
the cabana to the house assuming no drifting or sliding snow from the existing roof.
