The building currently has one occupied residential unit. The owner intends to renovate the existing structure and add new space for a total of eight residential units and no commercial. Thus the building will be proposed as Use Group R-2 with construction type VA and include a NFPA 13R fire suppression sprinkler system. The building is in Northampton Zone URB.
