1 PERSPECTIVE VIEW
The Architect's scope of services for this
project is limited to the design of the building
envelope and interior layout.
A Superior XI Foundation System will be
provided. Engineered, Stamped Shop
Drawings will be provided by Superior Wall.
Floor & Roof Trusses will be provided by
Truss Engineering Corporation. Engineered,
Stamped Shop Drawings will be provided by
Truss Engineering Corporation.
The Developer, Wright Builders, Inc., has
contracted separately with Sub-Contractors
for the design of the following components,
over which the Architect has had no authority
and accepts no responsibility:
· Plumbing
· Fire Protection
· Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning
· Electrical, including power, exit signs,
emergency lights and alarm systems.
· Interior Design fixtures, cabinets and
finishes.
The Developer acknowledges that the
Architect will have no direct supervisory
control over such work. Design of these
systems, compliance with all applicable codes
and regulations, coordination of the work with
other trades and all necessary permits,
inspections and approvals shall be the
responsibility of the design-build
subcontractor and General Contractor/
Developer.
