I don't think these plans meet the conditions in at least these respects: Relative to tree protection, the conditions
requires that the protection zone be shown on the plans for each of the trees to be protected, not just a detail showing
typical tree protection. This is important becuase there is at least one if not two trees shown on the north side of the
lot that are to be protected, but based on the 'typical' protection detail there is no way that a 50' protection perimeter can
be created given the construction plan. We need to know how these specifically will be protected.
Sheet 9 shows the "significant trees" to be removed. Please include a table that indicates the type and size/dbh of each
tree to be removed and the required number of calipers and trees that will be required to mitigate for that loss. Once
that is calculated, show on the planting plan how many of the new trees qualify as replacement and if there will be any
deficit.
When will the test pits be performed?
Thanks,
Carolyn

ServiceNet wants to get going on their new building at Village Hill. They're looking for a foundation permit as soon as
possible.
They're closing on the property first week in May and will record the PB permit (and an O&M agreement?) when they
close.
The PB permit conditions prior to a building permit are below (Planning #1 and 3, DPW #1,2,3). I've attached a copy of
the revised civil drawings. Can you let me know if the drawings are enough to meet the conditions? Doug; have you
