Your building permit application and plans dated 2-11-15 are under review and will require additional information before being issued.
Please follow up on the following items:
Initial HERS ratings for unit 82.
LVL calculations.
Heat detectors are required in the garages.
An additional CO is required at each floor, 1 per 1200 sqft and a smoke is required at the base of the stairs leading to a finished floor above.
A braced wall solution is required at the corner of the 1st floor Dining Room.
Review specific requirements for the dryer exhaust ducts within cavities and rated assemblies. M504.2 and M504.6.5.
The ceiling connection across the building will require a stamped letter from an engineer specifying adequate attachment to prevent thrust for the roof structure.
