WORK IN PROGRESS:
• Abatement: Stockpiled pipe to be removed from the site by next week.
• Barns: Installation of final fixtures is under way.
• Electric Service: Complete.

1.02 Construction Schedule: Barn inspections will occur today. Horses begin
arriving for the Morgan Horse Show on Wednesday. Demolition of the
remaining barns will be done between August 1 and August 15.

1.09 Site Work:
• Plants are installed, do not look healthy. It is likely that the sycamore
trees will need to be replaced.
• Drainage Structures East of Barns: No further discussion.
• Tent Area: Tent area is complete.
• Trailer Location: Additional site cleanup is needed at the trailer
location.

3.01 Pay Requisition: Pay requisition was signed. KRA
8.01 Change Orders: The change order request associated with the panel work in
the old Tote Board Building was reviewed. The request is an increase in cost
of $17,300.91, no issue was taken with the request.

25.01 Infield Electrical Work: This work is under way and should be complete by
next Tuesday.

2. West Barn: East wall, south of the overhead door, replace damaged lower wall panel. Just outside
