WEATHER: Partly sunny, 70 deg.
WORK IN PROGRESS:
• Abatement: Work is not complete but not active. Stockpiled pipe to be removed from the site by
next week.
• Barns: Light fixture installation is ongoing. Door installation is underway.
• Electric Service: Work on the new electric panel in the scoreboard building is ongoing.

1.02 Construction Schedule: The tent area must be ready by July 11; see
discussion below under site work. Demolition of the remaining barns will be
done between August 1 and August 15. A final inspection has not yet been
scheduled.

1.09 Site Work:
• Site Work Between Barns: Site work between barns is complete.
Fence is being erected today. Planting will be installed on Monday.
• Infield Seeding: Reseeded.
• Drainage Structures East of Barns: Seeding has yet to be done.
• Tent Area: The tent pad area is being worked on today.
• Soil from Demolished Barns: Soil removal is complete

3.01 Pay Requisition: Pay requisition must be ready for signing next Friday. KRA
4.01 Water Supply Piping and Water Services: All required water service work is
complete.
5.02 Dedication Plaques: No further discussion. Fair
8.01 Change Orders: No formal proposals were reviewed. Dietz did note that
there may be a potential change order for additional concrete work.

21.01 Type “C”, “D”, “F” and “G” Light Fixtures: No further discussion.
22.04 Electrical Service: The score board building was inspected earlier in the
week. The barns are being inspected today.

underground utilities. Squire to work with Dietz on conservation close out
process. The conservation process will still be open until the final demolition
is complete. Kurtz to contact the conservation commission to review area of
unneeded silt fencing.
