PRESENT: Bruce Shallcross, Barry Roberts (Three County Fairgrounds); Gene Kurtz, Charles Sereda,

WEATHER: Partly sunny, 70 deg.
WORK IN PROGRESS:
• Abatement: Work is not complete but not active.
• Barns: Electrical about 85% complete. Plumbing should be ready for inspection on Tuesday.
Final interior grading is complete and the mats are down in the middle and east barns. Final
interior grading is ongoing in the west barn. Stalls are being erected in the east barn.

1.02 Construction Schedule: Barns and area between barns as well as access to the
barns must be complete by June 28th. The tent area must be ready by July
11th.

• Site drainage between the barns is approximately 65% complete.
This is a critical path item. The Fair has additional work that needs
to be completed once Dietz has completed work in this area.
• Seeding of the infield is also a critical path item.

3.01 Pay Requisition: No further discussion
4.01 Water Supply Piping and Water Services: The new water piping for the toilet
building between the east and middle barns has been installed. To complete
the restoration of the water service a meter and backflow preventer need to be
installed. The other toilet building is awaiting the completion of the new
underground service.

5.01 Construction Sign: Creation of the sign is in process. No further discussion. Fair

8.01 Change Orders: No further discussion on change order.
21.01 Type “C” “F” and “G” Light Fixtures: The type “G” fixtures have a four week
delivery time. A temporary fixture will be installed for the inspection.

22.04 Electrical Service: Shallcross and Roberts meet yesterday with the inspectors
to request an extension of the deadline for the completion of the electrical

service work. Unfortunately, a time extension was not granted. Felgate will
issue a stamped drawing documenting the new fused disconnects and water
proof trough that was discussed with the inspectors. There are additional
loads in the infield that will have to be re-fed in time for the Morgan Horse
show. Squire, Felgate and Shallcross will walk the site to confirm these loads
and look for possible tie in locations. Additional work may be required at
the tie in location.
22.05 Type “D” Fixtures: No further discussion.
23.01 Fan Disconnects: Goodless has purchased and installed the fan disconnects.
