To: General Bidders
This addendum consists of 2 pages and 6 attachments. General Contractors are
responsible for distributing this addendum to their sub-bidders and suppliers.
Indicate receipt of this addendum in the appropriate place on the bid form. The
bid documents dated August 1, 2016 are amended as follows:
Instructions to Bidders:
ADD 1.1: Paragraph 1.1F: Change the time and date for receipt of proposals to
read “Friday, September 9, 2016 no later than 2pm.”
SPECIFICATIONS:
ADD 1.2: SECTION 011000 – SUMMARY -1.5 WORK PHASES
ADD 1.2.a: Add the following sentence to paragraph A.1 to read: “Unless site is
ready to turn over to the Owner, work areas on site shall be reduced to allow the
Owner to access to Elm Street at 146 Elm and access to Henshaw Avenue at 21
Henshaw for snow removal equipment during winter months. Actual dates to be
determined.
ADD 1.2.b: Change paragraph A.2 to read: “Substantial completion for 146 Elm
will be negotiated with the General Contractor based upon work schedule.
