Upon recommendation of the Mayor
Ordered, that
the sum of $ $60,000 be and hereby is appropriated to the Emergency Demolition Account (19303–
586124–14) from the Stabilization Fund to demolish or make safe a fire damaged structure located at 49
Round Hill Road in accordance with the Massachusetts State Building Code, 780 CMR chapter 1, section
116.4 and pursuant to the recovery provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 139, §3A and in accordance with
Chapter 2 of the State Sanitary Code 105 CMR 410.
