Dear Jim:
This letter is to document that Former Clarke School Gymnasium building located at 45
Round Hill Road in Northampton, Massachusetts, has been inspected for asbestos
containing insulation and building materials in accordance with the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants
(NESHAP) regulation.
All regulated asbestos containing materials identified throughout the gymnasium building
have been removed by Abide Environmental Inc. The building has been inspected by
OTO asbestos project monitors following abatement activities. All asbestos containing
materials have been properly removed and the building is ready for demolition. Abide
Environmental Inc. will provide asbestos waste disposal receipts within 30-days.
