Complaint Affidavit 2014-04-24AFFIDAVIT
I, Janet S. Gross, reside at 38 Round Hill Road, Northampton, MA 01060 and am making these
statements from my own personal knowledge:
1. On Tuesday, April 16, 2014 at 6:20 a.m. an AW truck drove up Round Hill Road and bounced over the
speed humps. I went out and took two photos of the truck, then parked between Hubbard and Rogers
Halls. I reported the incident to the police as well as to Kyle Scott and Louis Hasbrouck, Northampton
Building Inspector. The two photos were e-mailed to Kyle Scott.
2. On the morning of April 11th between 6:45 and 6:50 an AW truck drove up Round Hill Road, bounced
over the speed humps and turned into the Opal lot. It returned within sever) or so minutes. I contacted
Kyle Scott.
3. February 25,2014 I contacted Kyle Scott to inform him that an AW truck had gone up and down
Round Hill Road prior to 6:55 a.m.
4. February 19, 2014 I contacted Kyle Scott to inform him that AW trucks had been going up and down
Round Hill Road prior to 6:55 a.m.
