RE: Noise Violation 47 Round Hill Road, Northampton, MA
Dear Mr. Dodge:
As you are aware, there has been an issue with noise and the early morning operation of trash and waste disposal trucks to the Opal Real Estate Group site on Round Hill Road.
The most recent violation occurred on April 16, 2014 at 6:20 A.M. As, you had been previously warned on several occasions, I have no choice but to fine you for this most recent violation
of the City of Northampton’s Zoning Ordinance, Section 350-12.1 pertaining to noise.
I would ask you to take every available measure to insure that these early morning operations cease, or all incidents will be subject to fines from our office.
