I certify that I, or and authorized associate under my direct supervision and control, have made periodic site inspections to observe the construction carried out at Atwood Drive Building Two located at Atwood Drive, Northampton, MA for which we are Engineer of Record. To the best of my knowledge, all construction for which I am responsible has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications, with minor approved modifications, with the Massachusetts State Building Code, and with generally accepted engineering practices.
