2.03 01 Progress: All metal stud wall framing is completed. Rough data and electrical wiring is
complete. Rough plumbing is complete. Mechanical ductwork and insulation installation is
in place. Pilgrim Interiors are on site installing drywall. Door frames are on site.
2.06 02 Schedule: Drywall is scheduled to be completed by the end of Monday. The rest of the next
week will be taping the drywall. Then ceiling grids will be installed and lighting and ductwork
installation at the ceiling. Fire and life safety wiring will follow. .
2.03 03 Ceiling Heights: Dave from Pilgrim Interiors reviewed ceiling heights with TW and GD. Dave
noted some mechanical equipment is at 9’-4’ above the finish floor, as a result the goal will
be keep the ceiling as high as possible, should be able to attain 9’-0” above finish floor at all
offices and open workspace. The existing exterior window heads are at +9’-4”. There will be
drywall head return at each window head to transition from the window to the drop ceiling.
This detail will match the typical finish at the upper floors of 8 Atwood.

2. 05 Toilet #2 – Door Layout: Dave from Pilgrim, TW and GD reviewed the layout of the entry
door to Toilet Room 110. The current metal stud framing will need to be adjusted. The chase
around the plumbing clean-out at the north side will need to be reduced, and the door
location will need to be moved toward the south, up to 12” to allow for accessible clearance
within the restroom. Per AAB 521, the nose of the sink must be a minimum of 12” from the
door opening (see attached drawing from AAB 521, 30.7.1) The General Contractor shall
coordinate with the plumbing contractor to determine the specifications for the lavatory sink
to be installed at Toilet Room #2 – 110, and move the door as far to the south as possible
without infringing on the 12” clearance required per AAB 521.
