Description of Proposed Use/Work/Occupation:
We propose to use our owner-occupied single-family dwelling as a Bed &
Breakfast ("Meant to B&B") that could accommodate up to three rooming units,
not to exceed a total of six renters. None of the units would have individual
kitchen facilities, but each would have their own bath/toilet facility. The units
would share the common entrance with the single-family dwelling, but would be
secondary to the use of the dwelling. Additionally, the use of rooming units will
not change the character of the single-family dwelling.
