It is black tar. My plan is to remove the existing tarred driveway and create two smaller,bricked driveways with access from South Park Terrace and access from Pynchon Meadow Road. I am requesting a permit to create two smaller driveways made of paving brick, each would be 20x20. One of the driveways would be put-ire place of the existing driveway from Pynchon Meadow on Tract Ii, and the other driveway would begin 15 feet from the boundary.of Lot 12 on South Park Terrace continue for 20 feet and end 21 feet from the corner of South Park Terrace and Pynchon Meadow Road. The parking area would connect via a brick walkway to an existing concrete walk that abuts the property line between Lot 12 and 13 and leads to the back door of 54 South Park Terrace.
