Permit Request for Driveway resdesign:
54 South ParkTerrace
The current driveway for Lot 13 Tract I and II is accessed from Pynchon Meadow Road
and is approximately 32x40 feet. It is black tar. My plan is to remove the existing tarred
driveway and create two smaller,bricked driveways with access from South Park Terrace
and access from Pynchon Meadow Road.
I am requesting a permit to create two smaller driveways made of paving brick, each
would be 20x20. One of the driveways would be put-ire place of the existing driveway
from Pynchon Meadow on Tract Ii, and the other driveway would begin 15 feet from the
boundary.of Lot 12 on South Park Terrace continue for 20 feet and end 21 feet from the
corner of South Park Terrace and Pynchon Meadow Road. The parking area would
connect via a brick walkway to an existing concrete walk that abuts the property line
between Lot 12 and 13 and leads to the back door of 54 South Park Terrace.
I am requesting this permit to allow a parking;area on the South Park-Terrace side of the
residence to allow access to the back door of 54 South Park Terrace,to reduce'the tarred
driveway in front of the house and accessory apartment front doors and to build a reduced
parking area off of Pynchon Meadow Road for access to the front door of the accessory
apartment.'The combined area of the two new parking areas would be 800 square feet,
whereas,the existing parking area'is approximately 1200 square feet/
