Dear Karen,
We received a complaint from a neighbor that someone was repairing cars at
your home.
Upon investigation, we find that an automobile repair business is operating on a
part time basis on your property.
The City of Northampton's Zoning Ordinances do not allow an automobile repair
garage in any residential zone (Section 5.2, Table of Use Regulations). I spoke to Sam
and told him that he needed to slop, and he agreed to do so.
