TRACT
The land, with the buildings thereon, situated on the Easterly side of Jackson Street,
formerly Hinckley Street, in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, being at present
designated as#55 Jackson Street, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pin on the Easterly line of said Jackson Street at the
Southwesterly corner of the tract herein conveyed; thence running Easterly along land now or
formerly of William C. Dalton One Hundred (100) feet more or less to an iron pin; thence
turning and running Northerly Fifty (50) feet more or less to an iron pin; thence turning and
running Westerly One'Hundred (100)feet more or less to an iron pin on said Jackson Street;
thence turning and running Southerly Fifty (50) feet more or less to the point of beginning.
Being the same premises described in a deed from William E. Dwyer to Homer Frenier,
