of 5 Calvin Terrace. The deck will be contiguous with the rear of the house and the side of the garage.Please see plan

Dear Neighbors,
As you may have noticed we have been doing some renovation work at 5 Calvin Terrace. It is mainly
turning the breezeway Into an weatherized, insulated space and Installing an updated kitchen. In
conjunction with these steps,we also hope to incorporate a wood deck in the backyard.The wood
deck(approximately 11'X 15') would be in keeping with the original site plan on file with the city(see
attached). Carolyn Misch, Senior Land Use Planner for the City of Northampton has asked us to get
approval signatures from abutting neighbors within 300' before we build the deck.
We have marked the wood deck on the plan.
If you are CK with this,we would greatly appreciate your signature on the signature/plan sheet we are
circulating. If we miss you when we bring the signature/plan sheet to your house,we will leave this
letter and return again soon in hopes of catching you at home.
