To Whom It May Concern,
As Assistant Building Commissioner for the City of Northampton, it has come to my attention
that chickens kept at the above noted address are occasionally wandering off the premises, into
the street, and onto adjacent properties.
The City of Northampton Zoning Ordinance, Section 350.5.3 B (6) (a) states that "Foul must be
maintained on the subject premises".
Please be advised that any violations of the above referenced section of the zoning ordinance
as relate to your circumstances must be remediated no later than July 1 2016.
