Dear Mr. Sienkiewicz,
As we discussed by telephone today, this letter is to assure
you that our offices at 131 Ring Street are not "medical offices" .
We provide counseling services at that site. No physicians,
nurses or other medical personnel see clients at this site.
Our counseling services are almost without exception one hour
in length. We do not see clients every few minutes as is the
case with medical offices. We are a small agency with a low
volume of clients. we average only about 2 clients per hour.
Thus far, we have not experienced parking problems.
I hope this satisfies all concerns. Please let me know if any
questions remain, or when I can receive a Certificate of Inspection.
