Dear Tim,
I want to make it clear that use of the soccer fields at the Oxbow Marina is a violation of the City of Northampton zoning ordinance. We have had numerous conversations about this situation
and I expected that the soccer club would submit an application for special permit last week. The application process is not difficult and can be completed on line at any time.
If the soccer club does not submit an application before Wednesday, October 13, 2010, I will be forced to take action to enforce the city’s ordinance.
