On March 22"tl 2018, 1 inspected 491 Bridge Road, Northampton MA (Meadow Brook Apartments) in
accordance with the Massachusetts State Building Code, 780 CMR chapter 1, §104.4. Below is a
summary of my inspection notes and recommendations.

Emergency lighting not functioning
• Building 21 Exit/emergency combo
• Building 21 laundry room
• Building 6R 3`d Floor rear
• Building 3 3 r Floor rear
• Building 24 3`d Floor rear
Other
• Continue work plan for deck repairs, assess all decks and prioritize based on condition
• Replace flex vent duct with solid dryer venting material.
• Repair to be made on exterior railing, unit 7R
• Ensure laundry room doors remain closed
• Develop routine cleaning schedule of dryer vents
