Emergency lighting not functioning • Building 21 Exit/emergency combo • Building 21 laundry room • Building 6R 3`d Floor rear • Building 3 3 r Floor rear • Building 24 3`d Floor rear Other • Continue work plan for deck repairs, assess all decks and prioritize based on condition • Replace flex vent duct with solid dryer venting material. • Repair to be made on exterior railing, unit 7R • Ensure laundry room doors remain closed • Develop routine cleaning schedule of dryer vents Please complete work and call to schedule for a re-inspection of the property.
