Hello Mr. Kusnier,
Below is a summary of my inspection notes and recommendations. The violations are minor in nature;
therefore I am issuing you a certificate along with this notice. Please advise me when you have
completed the listed items.
Thank you advance for complying with our requests and feel free to contact me if you have questions or
concerns.
• Classroom 20, Exterior egress door to sticks and requires maintenance. It must open and be
operated without excessive force.
• Classroom 8, housekeeping. Reduction of excess combustible materials throughout classroom.
• Classroom 9 and storage areas in gym. Consider elimination of unnecessary, stored items that
are no longer in use.
• Provide verification of fire alarm inspection paper work.
