Jonathan,
The appeal period for the 55 Maple St PB permit has passed. You need to pick it up at the City Clerk's office and file it
with the registry of deeds.
We have issued the foundation permit but we still need more information before we issue the full permit.
The PB permit must be recorded.
We need water and sewer connection approvals, and approval to close a portion of the driveway from the DPW.
We need a preliminary HERS rating for the house.
We need to inspect the foundation insulation before it is backfilled.
Please let me know when we can expect the additional information, and pass this email along to your contractor.
