The contractor has installed an alternate platform reinforcement kit,(Commscope RK-36-3S)and has been deemed a suitable substitution after conferring with the manufacturer. 3) The proposed platform v-brace reinforcement kit, (Commscope VSR-MS-B) has been installed to the new top rail pipe as designed. 4) The existing AIR antennas were tied together with pipes and crossover brackets. These have been removed during construction though they were intended to remain. These provided stability for the existing panel antennas. Since the Commscope VSR-MS-B v-brace and top rail have been installed and provide a second point of connection for the antenna pipe masts, it is acceptable that these were removed. 5) Three new panel antennas have been installed on the existing platform. 6) Three new RRHs installed behind the new panel antennas. 7) During the final inspection on 05-17-17 it was noted that the hydrogen cabinet had not been removed as was required prior to the start of construction. ProTerra Design has since received confirmation that the hydrogen cabinet has been removed and was verified in a site visit on 06-06-17. 4SH0218C Page 1 of 4 Field Inspection Report SH218/Golf Rawland May 17,2017 8) An existing 604 2-pole breaker feeding the existing 3106 cabinet with 6131 upgrade has been replaced with an 80A 2-pole breaker. The new breaker size is smaller than the anticipated 100A-2P breaker. 9) It is presumed that the conductors between the PPC and the 3106/6131 cabinet have been upgraded accordingly by a licensed electrician. 10) Our office is of the understanding that any required electrical work was performed by a licensed electrician and inspected by those having jurisdiction as required. 11) Site is clean. The comments in this field report are a record of observations made on site.
