I have listed the required corrections below. 1. Provide appropriate fasteners to connect the helical anchor mounting plates to the three 6 x 6 support post. 2. Provide an adequate designed connector between the top of the three 6 x 6 post and the floor box above and attach with appropriate fasteners. 3. Provide 4 x 4 diagonal bracing at 45 degrees in two directions at the top of each of the three 6 x 6 post to the floor box above and attach with appropriate fasteners. The building department cannot design connectors and attachment; however I have included a sample for a similar application which could be applied to this structure.
