Dear Mr. Sharma:
We have received a complaint that a tenant of yours occupying your premises
located at 16-18 Fairfield Ave. is running a junk dealing business out of the
property.
After an on-site inspection today I feel the complaintant is right. The
storing of this type of debris is not allowed in a residential zone which this
address is in URB which is strictly a residential zone. Also any businesses
run out of this zone can only be granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals , it is
not allowed by right.
Upon receipt of this letter please call me at 586-6950 ext. 240 as to your
intentions in this matter.
