My wife and I are looking into purchasing the parcel in question -we don't yet own it -and we're submitting this to confirm the lot is buildable before we sign a contract with the seller. The following documents are attached: • Completed Zoning Application. • Plot plan --this is the plan on record. • Site plan (DSK-101) -this is preliminary, but describes how we might develop the lot. • Copy of $30 check --I was told it would be okay to drop this off when I'm in town this Friday (5/12) since we have a tight time window and want to get the application reviewed asap.
